Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to propose a new use of the premises of the former agricultural cooperative for his recovery and return to community living structures. In the design it is possible to retain some of the objects to a new use. The entire functional use of the premises will be designed in accordance with the needs of the village Bolatice. The result of this thesis is a comprehensive urban design area, developed in nine different variants. Individual urban designs have different spatial layout of the premises and also a variety of functional uses. Solved site was used mainly for construction business incubators, a home for seniors, individual housing, mass housing, but also for the sport area and the public spaces. One of the proposed urban solutions is then further processed, and this variation has been solved in detail the management of technical infrastructure, transport solutions and the typological solution object.
