The subject of bachelor thesis is processing a business plan for a natural person. The theoretical part describes the general characteristics of the business plan, its benefits, interested parties,phases and process of business plan and its evaluation. In the practical part is processed business plan for a natural person in the field of gastronomy - the realization of a fictitious roadhouse. The business plan is worked according to all the points that are written in the theoretical part. It is processed in order to obtain a bank loan and cash flow is created for the first three years. Business plan contains basic information about the business, competitor analysis, customer analysis, marketing and business strategy, financial plan and more.
