Návrh etického kodexu pro vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to create an ethical code for two companies. The first company was the beginning dating agency, the second company focuses on design and implementation activities in the field of building technical equipment. In the preparation of the two codes, I was based on the current ethical climate in the companies, which was described in this thesis. Ethical codes were created by two methods - interview and questionnaire survey. Information from company owners was collected through interviews, questionnaires were sent to employees of one of the companies for their comments to ethical climate in the company and preparation of ethical code. The new codes contain a preamble and regulate relationships with suppliers, employees, customer. Ethical code for one of the companies regulates relationship with competititors too and ethical code for second one regulates investor relations.
