Analýza diskriminace na trhu práce v České republice

Abstract

The bachelor thesis called Analysis of discrimination on the labor market in the Czech Republic points the issue of discrimination in the labor market within the public and private sectors. It describes various forms of discrimination and consequent defense against discrimination. The discrimination occurs not only in the labor market but as well as in the private life of an individual. Therefore are measures and regulations of the Czech and the international legal standard very important. With the help of possible indicators of discrimination (age, wage / salary, education), statistical and questionnaire surveys, this thesis points to differences not only between men and women but also to discrimination between various sectors. It also suggests some recommendations for restriction or elimination the discrimination.
