Abstract
The name of bachelor thesis is Creation of Business Plan for Establishing a Company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is creation specific plan on establishing of new restauration on the based the trade license. In theory part, the author deals basic concepts of business plan and with content and structure. In practical part is individual creation of specific business plan. In this part is used PEST analysis and Porter model. To evaluate and identify success company is used SWOT analysis.
