Optimalizace řízení zásob

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor work is optimization of inventory control in the company named Algeco. The theoretical part cleals with the introducing of this company and the explanation of basic theoretical basis of inventories, the inventory control and a method ABC. The practical part is made of the analysis of the inventory in according to the method ABC. It is followed by the evaluation of the present condition of the inventory control of the most important items and the suggestions of the optimal solution with economie benefits.
