Analýza výsledku hospodaření ve vybrané obchodní korporaci

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou analýzy výsledku hospodaření ve vybrané obchodní korporaci a jeho následujícím vývojem v dalších letech. Vybranou obchodní korporací rozumíme zemědělské družstvo. Cílem diplomové práce byla analýza dosavadního vývoje nákladů, výnosů a výsledku hospodaření ve vybraném zemědělském družstvu za posledních deset let, počínaje rokem 2013 a na základě událostí v souvislosti s válkou na Ukrajině a dalších událostí nastínit budoucí vývoj výsledku hospodaření v dalších letech a navrhnout doporučení podle zjištěných předpokladů. Získaná data z finančních výkazů byla podrobena analýze a následné interpretaci pod teorii. Výsledky výzkumu zahrnují doporučení opatření k redukci nákladů, zvýšení výnosů a udržení kladného výsledku hospodaření pro další roky. V diplomové práci bude použita metoda popisu, metoda komparace, srovnávací analýza a metoda dedukce.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of analyzing the financial results of a selected business corporation and its subsequent development in the following years. By the selected business corporation we mean an agricultural cooperative. The aim of the thesis was to analyze the current development of costs, revenues and economic results in the selected agricultural cooperative over the past ten years, starting from 2013, and based on the events related to the war in Ukraine and other events, to outline the future development of economic results in the following years and to propose recommendations according to established assumptions. The obtained data from the financial statements were subjected to analysis and subsequent interpretation under the theory. The results of the research recommendations include measures to reduce costs, increase revenues and maintain a positive result for years to come. In the diploma thesis, he will use the method of description, the method of comparison, comparative analysis and the method of deduction.
