Bytový dům - se zaměřením na realizaci objektu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší výstavbu bytového domu se zaměřením na realizaci objektu v Odrách na nezastavěném pozemku č.2825/18 jehož vlastníkem je město Odry. Realizovaný bytový dům je řešen jako čtyř podlažní, se suterénem a třemi nadzemními podlažími. Na každém patře jsou dvě bytové jednotky 3+1. Suterén slouží, jako skladovací a dílenský prostor. Každý byt má před domem určený prostor pro parkování, zbývající prostor bude zatravněn. Součástí projektu je technologická část: technologický postup provádění svislých zděných konstrukcí a variantní řešení vnitřních povrchových úprav (jednovrstvé a dvouvrstvé omítky), řešení zásad organizace výstavby a časový plán výstavby zaměřený na hrubou stavbu a zastřešení.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the construction of the block of flats in the town Odry on the unbuilt land No.2825/18 whose owner is the town Odry. The block of flats consists of four storeys including a basement and three above-ground storeys. On each storey there are two accomodation units. There are three rooms and a kitchen in each accomodation unit. The basement serves as a storage and workshop space. There are parking places for all the flats. The rest of the area will be grassed. The technological part is included in the project as well. It deals with the technological procedure of perpendicular bricked structures and variant solutions of inner surface finish (single-layer and double-layer plaster). It also focuses on the principles of the organisation of the construction, its schedule, carcassing and roofing.
