Abstract
The thesis is focused on personal marketing in an industrial company. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical background of personal marketing and the characteristics of an industrial company. The practical part includes an analysis of the current state of personal activities at MSA, a. s, which is supplemented by a questionnaire survey among the employees of the company. In the conclusion of the diploma thesis are presented suggestions and recommendations.
