Nové formy viktimizace, prevence a možnosti pomoci obětem trestných činů

Abstract

Diplomová práce zkoumá internet jako novou formu viktimizace, prevenci a možnosti pomoci obětem trestných činů. První část práce popisuje rozdíl mezi kyberprostorem a internetem. Zároveň popisuje aktuální statistiky využití internetu a definuje zločiny, se kterými se lze setkat na internetu. Následující část se zaměřuje na kyberstalking. V této části je popsán rozdíl mezi stalkingem a kyberstalkingem a řeší právní úpravu. Další část je zaměřená na pachatele kyberstalkingu, jejich typologii a popis příčin vedoucích pachatele k tomuto činu. Předposlední kapitola řeší oběti, jejich rozdělení, následky se kterými se setkávají a možnosti jejich ochrany. Empirická část práce je zaměřena na výzkum výskytu kyberstalkingu mezi dětmi mladšího školního věku. Závěrečná část obsahuje výsledky výzkumu a závěry.

The master's thesis deals with the interernet as a new form of victimization, prevention and victim assistance. The first part describes the difference between cybetspace and the internet. It also describes the actual internet usage statistic and defines the crimes commited on the internet. The following part is focused on cyberstalking. This part describes the difference between stalking and cyberstalking. Contens part are also laws dealing with cyberstalking. Next part is focused on cyberstalking and offenders, their typology and description on the causes leading to this criminal activity. The following part deals with the victims, their typology and consequences of cyberstalking. In this part are also options for protection. Next part is focused on research cyberstalking incidence among children younger than school age. The final part contains research results and conclusion.
