Abstract
The main topic of thesis is analysis and evaluation of employee satisfaction state in the ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Ostrava a.s. firm, which deals with pipe production. The thesis is composed of theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part are summarized issues relativ to the topic of thesis and i tis made in the basis of study of scientific publications. The practical part includes informatik about the company ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Ostrava a.s., its history and characteristic. The practical part consists mainly of analysis survey, which was presented to employees of the firm. Result is evaluation of employee satisfaction state in the firm and recommendation, which will improve the situation.
