Termoforming

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the classification of plastics and the description of selected types of plastics. It describes forming operations for the production of plastic blanks. Characterizes the thermoforming methods. There is a proposal and subsequent processing of mold from MDF material. Next, the thermoplastic samples are formed. The shaping of the individual material samples is carried out until a well-formed sample is found, which then adjusts the time and temperature for shaping the whole piece.
