Systém evidence projektů

Abstract

V předložené diplomové práci s názvem „Systém evidence projektů“, se zabývám problematikou koncepce evidence projektů ve společnosti Philips Slovakia s. r. o. V úvodu práce je popis společnosti, globální i lokální. Následně je popsána analýza současného stavu a charakteristika budoucí koncepce evidence projektů v informačním systému mySAP CRM z pohledu manažerských zručností a možností jeho implementace. Následuje ekonomické zhodnocení a dopad na zvýšení výkonnosti mnou navrhovaného řešení. Závěr práce je věnovaný návrhům a doporučením.

In the presented thesis entitled „ Project Record-Keeping System“, I deal with the issue the of concept of recording projects at Philips Slovakia Ltd. The introduction describes the company, both globally and locally. Then I describe the analysis of current condition and characteristics of the future concept of project registration in information system mySAP CRM in terms of managerial skills and capabilities of its implementation. This is followed by economic evaluation and impact on enhancing the performance of the proposed solution. The conclusion is devoted to suggestions and recommendations.
