Katastr nemovitostí České republiky a jeho informační systém

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá katastrem nemovitostí České republiky a jeho informačním systémem. Teoretická část se věnuje historii a současnosti katastru nemovitostí na našem území. V praktické části je popsán informační systém katastru nemovitostí a porovnání jeho otevřenosti se stejnými systémy vybraných zemí Evropské unie. Poslední část práce je zaměřena na vzájemný vztah a součinnost daňové a katastrální správy a vyvození výsledných poznatků.

This thesis is focused on the Real Estate Register Cadastre of the Czech Republic and its information system. The theoretical part deals with the history of the Cadastre register in our country and its current form. The practical part describes the information system Cadastre and its accessibility compared to the same systems of selected countries of the European Union. The last part of the thesis focuses on the relationship and interaction of the Tax Administration and Cadastral Management and analysis of the resulting knowledge.
