Zahraničně obchodní vztahy Chorvatska před vstupem do Evropské unie

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je charakterizovat zahraničně obchodní politiku Chorvatska před vstupem do Evropské unie a identifikovat vzájemné obchodní vztahy mezi Chorvatskem a EU. První kapitola diplomové práce uvádí do problematiky teorie zahraničního obchodu a zahraničně obchodní politiky. Je zaměřena na vymezení podstaty zahraničního obchodu a na charakteristiku obchodní politiky, včetně jejich typů a teorií. Poslední část první kapitoly popisuje nástroje obchodní politiky, jejich členění a význam. V rámci druhé kapitoly je uvedena stručná charakteristika Chorvatska, převážně z ekonomického hlediska. Stěžejní část kapitoly je zaměřena na analýzu zahraničního obchodu a zahraničně obchodních vztahů země, její teritoriální a komoditní strukturu. Dále je v rámci kapitoly věnována pozornost obchodním vztahům mezi Chorvatskem a Evropskou unií. Třetí kapitola diplomové práce charakterizuje obchodní politiku Chorvatska a také společnou obchodní politiku Evropské unie, s přihlédnutím ke změnám, jež nastaly poté, co vstoupila v platnost Lisabonská smlouva. Dále je kapitola zaměřena na srovnání autonomních a smluvních nástrojů jak Chorvatska, tak EU a na obchodní integraci Chorvatska do Evropské unie. Kapitola je uzavřena vymezením očekávaných dopadů vstupu do EU na Chorvatskou republiku.

The aim of the thesis is to characterize Croatian foreign trade policy before the entrance into the European Union and identify reciprocal trade relations between Croatia and the EU. The first chapter of the thesis states the issue of the theory of foreign trade and foreign trade policy. It is focused on definition of essence of foreign trade and the characteristics of trade policy, including their types and theories. The last part of this chapter describes the trade policy instruments, their classification and significance. In the second chapter there is a brief description of Croatia, mainly in economic terms. The key part of the chapter is focused on the analysis of foreign trade and foreign trade relations of the country, its territorial and commodity structure. Furthermore, within this charter, the attention is devoted to trade relation between Croatia and the European Union. The third chapter of the thesis characterizes Croatia´s trade policy and also common trade policy of the European Union, taking into account the changes that occured after the Lisbon Treaty entry into force. The charter further focuses on the comparison of autonomous and contractual tools of Croatia and the EU and on trade integration of Croatia into the European Union. The chapter is concluded by defining the expected impacts of EU accession on the Republic of Croatia.
