Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to clarify basic concepts of economic unfair competition and analyse remedies of protection against competition. Thesis is divided into 4 chapters. The first chapter defines basic concepts of competition, forms of competition´s distortion and European Union influence on competition. Next chapter defines unfair competition and its special merits. The third chapter is focused on remedies of protection against unfair competition according to the law´s status divided into private and schema_dspacedb. The last chapter describes difference between economic and unfair competition and gives examples of economic and unfair competition disobeying.
