Návrh polyfunkčního domu v Ostravě-Přívoze

Abstract

The major focus of this bachelor thesis is the typological design of a multifunctional building in a vacant space situated at the corner the streets Chopin and Marianskohorska in Ostrava-Přívoz. This bachelor thesis is formed as fluent study and includes text and graphical parts in two alternatives. Both alternatives of solutions are designed as multifunctional buildings. It is also for people with limited mobility. The multifunctional building is integrated into a surrounding buildings, urban conservation area and follows the existing transport and technical infrastructure. The solution also reflects the economic, architectural and safety aspects in the subject area.
