Abstract

The objective of thesis is to evaluate the variants of the external wall of temporal and financial cost. Evaluation of variants is practically applied to the design of an apartment building with a cafe in Havirov. The variant of the heavy wooden frame with wooden framed panels are compared with the traditional brick system. The thesis is also developed design documentation for construction in accordance with applicable laws and standards. Technology is engaged in building construction and technological project, which includes the implementation of technological specification cladding timber frame panels, the construction schedule, budget, site facilities and mechanisms used.
