Strategická analýza podniku v železniční nákladní dopravě

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je je ,,Strategická analýza podniku v železniční nákladní dopravě“. Cílem této diplomové práce je na základě vybraných metod strategické analýzy identifikovat současnou situaci společnosti ČD Cargo a.s. a následně navrhnout vhodnou strategii, která by vedla ke zlepšení stávající situace společnosti. Těmito vybranými metodami jsou PEST analýza, Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil, finanční analýza, Model ,,7S“ a SWOT analýza. Nakonec jsou všechny metody shrnuty a navrženy tři strategie, které by podniku mohly pomoct zlepšit stávající situaci. Těmito strategiemi jsou personální strategie, marketingová strategie a finanční strategie. Na základě provedených analýz lze konstatovat, že se společnost v momentální situaci nenachází ve velkém ohrožení, má však několik slabin, na kterých je třeba postupně pracovat, aby si i na dále udržela přední pozici na trhu nákladní železniční dopravy.

The topic of the master thesis is ,, Strategic Analysis of a Company in Rail Freight Transport“. The aim of this thesis is to identify the current situation of the company ČD Cargo a.s. on the basis of selected methods of strategic analysis and subsequently propose an appropriate strategy that would lead to the improvement of the current situation of the company. These selected methods are PEST analysis, Porter's Five Competitive Forces Analysis, financial analysis, the ,,7S“ model and SWOT analysis. In the end, all the methods are summarized and three strategies are proposed that could help the company to improve its current situation. These strategies are personnel strategy, marketing strategy and financial strategy. Based on the analyses carried out, it can be concluded that the company's current situation is not in great danger, but it does have several weaknesses on which it that need to be gradually worked on in order to continue to maintain its leading position in the rail freight market.
