Územní studie využití lokalit Pržno P1-Z4/A

Abstract

Předmětem vypracování této diplomové práce je navržení prostorového, funkčního a organizačního strukturování navrženého využití území lokality tak, aby byla reflektována centrální poloha řešeného území u hlavní ulice procházející obcí. Cílem je urbanistický návrh, který tvoří zástavba předmětného území samostatně stojícími rodinnými domy a polyfunkčním domem. Tato územní studie je doplněna návrhem řešení dopravní a technické infrastruktury, řešení odpadového hospodářství a řešení zpevněných a zelených ploch dané lokality.

The point of the thesis is a proposal of spatial, functional and organizational structure of using the territorial locality in the way that central location of described area near the main street going through the village is reflected. The aim of the thesis is creating urban proposal, which consists of building detached family houses and one multi-functional building in described area. This territorial study also contains proposal of transport and technical infrastructure, solution of waste management and compacted and green areas.
