Měření spokojenosti zahraničních studentů na VŠB - TUO

Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on measurement of international sudents´ satisfaction with internship at VSB – TU Ostrava and related attributes. Theoretical part of this thesis focuses on basic theory related to costumer´s behaviour and services marketing. Also it focuses on characteristic of internship study programs Erasmus and characteristic of students´ organization ESN. Practical part applies to results interpretation of analysis of quantitative research, which have been made by on-line questioning form with CAWI technique. This part also applies to proposals for improvement of problems, which have been founded during the analysis. The results can be used as a base for quality improvement of interntship at VSB -TU Ostrava.
