Abstract

HAVLÍKOVÁ, Alena: Terraced House - Slezská Ostrava. Ostrava, 2026. Bachelor Thesis. VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture. Supervisor: Ing. arch. Pavel Řihák, Ph.D. The objective of this bachelor thesis is the partial development of project documentation for the construction of a terraced family house in Slezská Ostrava. The documentation is prepared in an appropriate scope in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation. The basis for the thesis is an architectural study originally created within the "Architectural Design 1" course under the supervision of Ing. arch. et Ing. Daniel Vaněk, Ph.D., and subsequently modified during the "Architectural Design 5" course under the guidance of Ing. arch. Pavel Řihák, Ph.D. Ing. Marek Jašek, Ph.D. served as the specialist consultant for civil engineering. Due to the specialization in Architecture, the thesis includes a specific set of drawings as defined by the supervisor. The proposed building is designed as a two-story house without a basement, intended for a family of four.
