Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify the competition of the KSK-System company and to determine their strengths and weaknesses. For achieving of this goal the Mystery Shopping method and the collection of necessary secondary data has been selected. On the basis of the research results I have recommended to the KSK-system company these:
- price cut-down,
- differentiation by the help of quality guarantee or new service,
- obtaining of the quality certificate
- website editing
- expansion to new areas and new markets
