Počítačový cluster komunikující pomocí protokolu SSH

Abstract

This master thesis describes the extension of the tool named Kaira which is developed at VŠB. Kaira is used for the modelling, simulation and generation of parallel applications. Currently the final application can be executed in two ways: using threads or MPI. The main task of this thesis was to extend Kaira with another final approach. SSH accounts to different computers are used and the final application is distributed to those computers so that the capacity of more computers may be used.
