Abstract

Bachelor thesis focuses on characterizing establishment and operation of a real estate agency based in Ostrava city, Moravian-Silesian Region, Czech Republic. The objective of the thesis is to establish a business plan describing creation of and running a real estate company as well as conducting its feasibility. The thesis is divided into four chapters: Theoretical part, Practical part followed by Suggestions and Recommendations, and last but not least Conclusion. First chapter focuses on thorough description of theoretical grounds necessary for successful formation and operating of a real estate agency. Also, respective methodology will be introduced in this part. Followed by the Practical part is presented application of the theoretical methodology. Third part comprises of a description of proposals and recommendations related to successful establishing of the real estate company introduced in this thesis. Last part is dedicated to concluding the business plan feasible.
