Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the Trespass Act, details the specific trespasses connected to road accidents, describes and analyses the causes of road accidents. It focuses on the assessment of the rate of road accidents on our roads over the past ten years and compares the development of the rate of the road accidents in the Czech Republic with other countries of the European Union. The objective is to offer possible solutions leading to the reduction of the rate of road accidents in the Czech Republic.
