Abstract

An object of bachelor work is analysis of municipality budget formation and control problems and suggestion of posibility remedies to intensify it. This text is partitied into two basic parts. In the first part are basic concepts as long-year budget, one-year budget, budget profesional arangement, budget revenues, budget expenditures, budget control, register of plan and reality variances, finatial analysis and municipality management analysis cleared up. The second part is partitied into two basic chapters. In the first chapter are budget formation and control in municipality Rohatec conditions analysed and evaluated. In the second chapter are specific remedies from the first chapter suggested. Further is application of finantial analysis and municipality management analysis recomandated.
