Personální strategie podniku s důrazem na měření lidského kapitálu

Abstract

The goal of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the current personal situation in the selected company and suggest strategic operations which will lead to the fulfillment of the company's strategic goals. I used these methods to solve the chosen problem: SLEPT analysis by MAP, Porter's five forces analysis, interview with outgoing employees, measuring of the human capital in the company. There were identified threats, opportunities, strenghts and weaknessess which are summarized in EFE and IFE matrices and in the matrix TOWS, which was used for the processing of the total SWOT analysis. Thereafter were designed strategic operations from detected results leading to the fulfillment of strategic personal objectives and also comments on the weaknesses and threats. The main benefit of this thesis is the creation of personal strategy and setting of specific strategic goals and steps to achieve them.
