Abstract

This diploma thesis has its goal to make process analysis of chosen business company. The subject of company core business is mainly accounting, tax advisory and other familiar activities. Data for making of this degree work were taken by watching companys activities, interviews with employees and studying of internal documents. Practical part includes varies of different kinds analysis, specification of process inside the company and relations among them. The conclusion of this work is process map and recommendations leading to improve companys performance.
