Abstract
This thesis focuses on evaluating the recruitment and selection process in a selected organization. The theoretical part describes the methodology and methods used, as well as the theoretical foundations related to the recruitment and selection process. The practical part includes a description of the selected organization, including its history, business activities, number of employees, and organizational structure, followed by an analysis of the recruitment and selection process. In the final part of the thesis, recommendations for improving the effectiveness of this process are provided.
