Abstract

The aim of this Thesis is to define problems of intellectual property rights from view of WIPO and WTO, and then to outline measures and mechanisms contributing to the protection of intellectual property. This Thesis is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter there is found preliminary information. The second chapter defines the intellectual property rights from view of World Trade Organization and World Intellectual Property Organization. The third chapter includes information about the attitude of the European Union to intellectual property. The fourth chapter indicates systems for solution of disputes and it is intended on protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. In the last chapter is found a final recapitulation.
