Návrh podnikatelského plánu pro malý podnik v odvětví služeb

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to formulate a business plan proposal for a small company in a service sector. The business plan could be used in the future as a potential secondary financial income for the author. Financial requirements of a project, marketing strategy and staff requirements shoud be apparent from the business plan as well. This thesis is divided into three main parts. First part is focused on definition of a businessman, theoretical base of business activity and business plan composition. This part defines Small and Medium Enterprises in Czech republic and their typology as well. The second part describes current state of service sector in Czech republic and introduces reader to macroeconomic indicators such as Gross Domestic Product and Gross Value Added. The fourth part is also a practical part and contains formulation of the business plan including PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and comparation of competing companies. SWOT analysis deals with strenghts, weakneses, threats and oportunities of a company. PEST analysis deals with political, economic, social and technical factors which can influence a company. The practical part also includes financial reports and description of risks.
