Abstract
The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the structure and function of human skin, with the influence of external environmental temperature on human body, with the types of heat transfer. It is described thermal stress on fireman and its effect, tactical-technical parameters of chosen protective clothing. There is a description of my own measurements in the next section, the test is aimed to verify the thermal insulative qualities of chosen protective clothing.
