Územní studie lokality u Slezskoostravské radnice, Slezská Ostrava

Abstract

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vypracovat variantní návrh využití dané lokality pro účely občanské vybavenosti a individuálního bydlení formou územní studie. Práce obsahuje dvě varianty architektonicko-urbanistického návrhu zástavby území s ohledem na její začlenění do okolí. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je podrobné propracování jedné ze dvou variant, včetně řešení dopravní a technické infrastruktury s napojením stavby na stávající dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu a propočet nákladů.

The main purpose of this Bachelor Thesis is work up a variant proposal of an assigned locality for civil facilities and family housing purposes, using a form of a territorial study. The Thesis consideres two variations of architect-urban project development with respect to its integration of new development into currently existing build-up area. This result is a further elaboration of one of these two variations suggested, including plans for traffic and technical infrastructure, connecting the building-up area to both infrastructures mentioned above and cost analyses.
