Abstract

The thesis is focused on creating and updating a project for disaster management (in the direction of emergency rescue by Act No. 240/2000 Coll.) with usage of existing tools. Introductory section defines and discusses the terminology necessary for entry into the problems of disaster management and methodology of creating and updating a project of disaster management. The second part contains a complete process analysis methodology for creating and updating a project for disaster management through formal and informal methods. This methodology analysis models every module of the methodology. Part Three contains a description of the tools "CPN Tools" and tools "BP Studio" for a possible specification and analysis of the created processes. For each of these tools we will find an example of its use in process analysis of the above processes. The final section illustrates the process of representing the possible use of a methodology for dealing with crisis situations such as "large-scale flood”. Illustrative example contains a description of mutual cooperation to solve crisis with Floreon tool.
