Porovnání parametrů Biovaku pro transport osob při různých hodnotách podtlaku

Abstract

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá testováním parametrů Biovaku od firmy EGO Zlín, spol. s r.o. a pocitů osob v nich přepravovaných, při různých hodnotách podtlaku. Na začátku práce se zaměříme na možné hrozby v podobě biologických agens, proti nimž používáme Biovaky jako ochrannou pomůcku při transportu nakažených osob. Dále se zaměříme na fyziologii člověka, a jak tělo pracuje při onemocnění. Uvedeme si principy ochrany při nakažení biologickými agens. V praktické části budou popsány výsledky testů a jednotlivých měření na Biovaku a subjektivní pocity testovaných osob.

This bachelor thesis deals with the testing of parameters of BioBag from company EGO Zlín, spol. s r.o. and feelings of transported person at various values of negative pressure. Start of the thesis is aimed at possible threats in form B-agens, against them we use BioBag as protection during transport of infected persons. Further we focus on physiology of the human and how the body works thought disease. We introduce the principles of protection pending infection of B-agens. In the experiment we describe the results of tests and particular measurements at BioBag and subjective feelings of tested persons.
