Vliv kvality vstupní suroviny na kvalitu a ekonomiku finální výroby sazí

Abstract

Nowadays the carbon black is worldwide widely produced especially due to its positive reinforcing effect in rubber based materials. There are severe ways how the carbon black could be produced. Most of the producers, including CS Cabot are using recent technology based on fast pyrolysis in retort reactor. Such process is suitable for production of the carbon black with precisely specified properties. Raw materials used in this process are typically hydrocarbons coming from coal tar processing or from petrochemical use. Variable chemical quality of the raw materials effects of process parameters in principle. Identification of correlation between qualitative parameters of the raw materials and process parameters are fundamental topic of the presented thesis. Time series analysis of the qualitative parameters and process parameters has been processed in Matlab and MS Excel.
