Abstract

This thesis treats of the system of Quality Management at the General Directorate of Customs of Prague with following concepts to it´s implementation and improvement. The effect of these concepts will be in the internal structure of organization of streamline, acceleration, upgrading of the work of GDC and cost reduction. In relation to clearance agents will be upgrading of services, which are intended for them. At the same time it will be assured a full compatibility with control and information systems of the other organizations in a public service. The first part includes information about a basis and a meaning of quality management at usual level. It follows a description of systems and implementation of systems follow-up of quality management in conditions of GDC. The interpretation of the public inquiry with a point of quality management includes a statement of problems at this sphere. At the close of this thesis are advised measures to problems resolution and concept for a solving of problems which are mentioned in previous chapters.
