Územní studie zástavby rodinnými domy lokality Babice, část Třeskovice

Abstract

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to present the project of the new development of family residences in the village Babice, locality Třeskovice. The project includes apportionment of the available area into the several parts such as housing area, communications, lay up sites and public areas (green foliage). Also, I outlined the main rules for the connection of the new underground services to the underground services currently available in the village. When preparing the project, I gathered information about the area in question and demands of the village based on which I preparee an analysis of the current state of the area. The project was prepared in a one variant of the territorial study only. The thesis includes text documentation, graphic part (drawings with the analysis of the problem) and preliminary calculation of the costs of the project.
