The main objective of my master thesis is to develop analyses and feasibility study for building a Smart Park in the current area of former civil defence warehouses in Frenstat pod Radhostem. The thesis will deal with the current conditions of buildings in area and will explore options for brownfield regeneration in order to maximally utilized its potential and to offer new opportunities for business.
