Porovnání nástrojů COPSOQ a NOSACQ-50

Abstract

This thesis compares two instruments used in occupational health and safety research: the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ) and the Nordic Safety Climate Questionnaire (NOSACQ-50). These tools are used to evaluate psychosocial factors of the work environment and the safety climate within organizations. The first part of the thesis outlines the theoretical background of psychosocial risks, safety culture, and safety climate. It also explains the development of these concepts and details the structure, dimensions, and methodology of the COPSOQ and NOSACQ-50 questionnaires. The following section offers a systematic comparison of the two tools based on selected criteria. The analysis emphasizes their content, structure, measurement approach, and practical application. The thesis highlights similarities and differences between the instruments and discusses their usability in evaluating workplace conditions and safety climate.
