Abstract

Anotation thesis In my diploma thesis I focus on issue of hard coal mining at the ČSM mine in the North locality with a focus on the extraction of Ostrava seams. I also describe the mining method and technology that will be used to extract of the hard coal. Here I elaborate on the issue of risks that are associated with the mining of the coal seams layers. I also propose a technology for mining medium-sized seams, their extraction and economic evaluation.
