Identifikace postojů potenciálních zájemců o studium na technické univerzitě

Abstract

Attitudes of potential applicants to study influence their decisions regarding studying at university. The diploma thesis focuses more closely on the attitudes of potential applicants to study at the technical university. The purpose was to find out which attitudes are take towards different needs. And in connection with that, where do they find information from – where would it be appropriate to contact them. The theoretical part was about consumer behavior with a focus on the target group. After that the Faculty of Materials Science and Technology of the Vysoká škola báňská – Technical University Ostrava was characterized. Certain part of it was about marketing communication and analyses. In the practical part, data from the questionnaire were analyzed. The hypotheses and the research questions were evaluated. Based on that, suggestions and recommendations were established.
