Zhodnocení pravidel hospodaření v rámci územně členěných statutárních měst

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení pravidel financování a identifikace vztahů mezi městskými obvody/městskými částmi a statutárním městem v územně členěných statutárních městech. Na základě teoretických souvislostí sledované problematiky jsou analyzovány rozpočty územně členěných statutárních měst a následně zjišťovány a analyzovány vazby mezi rozpočty statutárních měst a rozpočty městský obvodů/městských částí. K dosažení a objasnění vytyčeného cíle a ověření platnosti hypotézy je použita metoda komparace a deskripce. V praktické části práce je použita metoda horizontální a vertikální analýzy. Pro sumarizaci zjištěných výsledků je využita syntéza.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the rules on funding of city districts and statutory cities in the territorially divided statutory cities and to identify relationships between them. Based on the theoretical context of the observed issue, the budgets of territorially divided statutory cities are analysed, and then the connections between budgets of statutory cities and budgets of city districts are being determined. To achieve and clarify the goal and to validate the hypothesis, the methods of comparison and description were used. The empirical part uses the horizontal and vertical analysis method, whereas the synthesis is used to summarise the identified results.
