Abstract

The main goal of the theoretical part of this work is to introduce the basic theoretical concepts related to the education and development of employees. Furthermore, the company in which the research was carried out and its current education system are presented here. The practical part of the thesis deals with the questionnaire survey that was carried out in the company and its subsequent graphic and verbal evaluation. At the end, there are recommendations that could help improve the current system of education and development in society.
