Analýza využitia elektronických foriem obchodovania vo výrobných podnikoch Českej a Slovenskej republiky

Abstract

The main subject of the graduation thesis is the currently most extended method of purchasing products and services electronically, i.e. by e-auctions. The first part describes the meaning of an e-business, its structure and historical development, types, basic terms, advantages and disadvantages of e-auctions, preparation process before e-auction and its course, ground rules, procedures and differences in the e-auction in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, instructions on how to work with suppliers and where to get the information about e-auctions. The second part describes the survey of the most well known providers of electronic tools in the Czech and Slovak Republic. This part is focused on analysis of business corporations which use e-auctions and are clients of company, where the thesis was processed; then it deals with the most frequently purchased commodities in these corporations and focuses on the analysis of purchased savings, financial volume in accordance with industry and on the most commonly used ways of e-auction´s rating.
