Standardizace a dokumentace procesů pro globální řízení projektů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the standardization and documentation of processes for global project management within the integrated management system. The purpose is to revise and create an optimized solution from the original structure of processes, taken from one of the countries through cooperation and, above all, communication with reference countries and eventually with others. The solution should be a consolidated global structure that covers all processes within the enterprise, uniform for all countries and in accordance with the relevant standards.
