Abstract

The requirement of Zacler City was to revitalize the former mining pit named Jana Švermy and create a new cultural space. There are no buildings on the plot dealt with at present but a new square is intended to be built linking the elements of entertainment, amenities, administration but also a hotel accommodation catering and spa which is the subject of this work. Close to this parcel is a technical monument of "Františka" pit which was the main factor determining the height of newly designed buildings and becomes the square dominant.
