Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the automatic measurement of plasticity of sealing materials. Sealing materials are, used in the metallurgical industry in the blast and electric arc furnaces for closure tap holes. In the theoretical part are processed by the basic raw materials for the manufacture of refractory ceramic materials. The following are processed basic properties of ceramic materials. In the practical part is handled by the base of the theory of sealing materials also the measurement was taken of their plasticity. According to the results of measurements should be in the company of SEEIF Ceramic designed to automatically measure the plasticity of sealing materials.
