SEVESO III direktiva a její aplikace

Abstract

This work is dedicated to the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances in accordance with Council directive 2012/18/EU, the so-called SEVESO III directive. Acquainted with the legislative framework on chemicals and prevention of major accidents and states also important to serious industrial accidents that have participated in its development. Further details the analysis of SEVESO III directive, in particular the differences in classification according to directive 67/548/EEC (DSD), 1999/45/EC (DPD) and regulation 1272/2008/EC (CLP), which is seriously affecting Annex I SEVESO III directive, which must be based on the changes in the harmonized laws of the Member States.
